30-Day Return Window

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition with all packaging.

Exchange Policy

We gladly accept exchanges for a different size or style within 30 days. Contact us to initiate an exchange and we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom commission pieces, engraved items, and final-sale items are non-returnable. All sales on clearance items are final.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@shopjewelryvault.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
