Authenticity Guarantee

All Jewelry Vault pieces are guaranteed to be 100% authentic gold of the stated karat (10K or 14K).

For one (1) year from the date of delivery, if any item is independently verified to not match its stated gold purity, Jewelry Vault will replace the item or issue a full refund.

This guarantee applies strictly to metal authenticity and purity verification.

Does not cover:

Wear, damage, or breakage
Loss or theft
Changes in gold market value

Craftsmanship Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage is determined by the construction and design category shown on the product page.

Solid Gold Jewelry — 1-Year Craftsmanship Warranty

All jewelry labeled as “Solid Gold” is covered by a 1-year craftsmanship warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects
Structural or clasp failures under normal wear

Not covered:

Normal wear and surface scratches
Damage caused by impact, bending, pressure, or misuse
Lost or stolen items

Detailed, Delicate, or Non-Solid Jewelry — 6-Month Craftsmanship Warranty (Limited)

All jewelry labeled on the product page as “Detailed,” “Delicate,” “Lightweight,” or otherwise designated as non-solid construction is covered by a 6-month limited craftsmanship warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects
Clasp or setting issues under normal wear

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Pressure, bending, or crushing
Pulling, snagging, or impact
Improper handling, storage, or care

Repairs After Warranty

After the applicable warranty period, Jewelry Vault offers lifetime repair services at cost, subject to inspection and evaluation. Repair eligibility and pricing are determined after review.
