Exchanges & Returns Policy

At Jewelry Vault, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, we do offer exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

No Refunds

Refunds are not provided for any reason, including but not limited to:
  • Accidental or incorrect orders
  • Items not meeting personal expectations
  • Shipping delays or carrier-related issues

Exchange Eligibility

If you wish to exchange your purchase, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for an exchange:
  • The request must be made within 10 days of delivery
  • The item must be returned in new, unused condition
  • The item must be free of wear, damage, or alteration
All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval.
Items that show signs of wear, misuse, resizing, alteration, or damage will not be eligible for exchange.

Return Shipping for Exchanges
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Use a secure carrier such as FedEx or UPS
  • All return shipments must include tracking and insurance
  • Jewelry Vault is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages
