Shipping & Orders
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Standard shipping delivers in 5–7 business days after your order ships. If you need it sooner, expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. Stay connected with us on Instagram and TikTok for updates on when that changes.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds are available if you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged. All other non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Earrings, custom or resized pieces, and final sale items are non-returnable.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Contact us at sales@jewelry-vault.com or call (520) 222-6654 within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your request. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Do not ship anything back until you have received written approval from us.
Warranty & Repairs
What does the warranty cover?
Solid gold and sterling silver pieces are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects and stone loss due to setting failure (reported within 30 days). Hollow and lightweight pieces including earrings and lightweight rings are covered by a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects only. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase.
Are repairs free under the warranty?
For solid gold and sterling silver pieces, free repairs are available for qualifying warranty claims — our resolution process goes repair first, then replacement, then store credit. For hollow and lightweight jewelry, repairs are subject to fees. Replacement or store credit will be offered if a defect is confirmed on hollow or lightweight pieces. Contact us at sales@jewelry-vault.com to discuss your situation.
Product & Authenticity
How do I know the jewelry is real gold or silver?
Every piece we sell is stamped with its karat marking — 10k or 14k for gold, and 925 for sterling silver. We do not sell gold-filled or gold-plated jewelry. All pieces are sourced from verified suppliers and every listing includes the karat, metal type, and weight so you always know exactly what you are buying.
What if I think my piece is not authentic?
Contact us immediately at sales@jewelry-vault.com with your order number, a description of your concern, and any supporting evidence such as photos or third-party testing results. Once your claim is reviewed and accepted, you will be required to ship the piece back at your expense for in-house testing. If the piece is confirmed inauthentic, we will issue a full refund including all shipping costs. If testing confirms authenticity, the piece will be returned to you at your expense.
Jewelry & Metals Education
What is the difference between 10k and 14k gold?
The number refers to how much pure gold is in the piece. 10k gold contains 41.7% pure gold mixed with other metals, making it more durable and more affordable. 14k gold contains 58.3% pure gold, giving it a richer color and slightly higher value. Both are real, solid gold — the difference is in purity, durability, and price point. We list the karat on every product so you always know what you are getting.
What is sterling silver and how do I care for it?
Sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver mixed with other metals for strength — that is what the 925 stamp means. It is a durable, beautiful metal at an accessible price point. To keep it looking its best, store it in a cool dry place, avoid contact with harsh chemicals like chlorine or perfume, and wipe it down with a soft cloth after wearing.
Payments & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Shopify checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed safely — we never store your full card details.
Why are your prices listed the way they are?
At The Jewelry Vault, honest pricing is a core value. Every price reflects the real market value of the piece based on metal type, karat, and weight. We do not inflate prices to make discounts look more impressive, and we do not use vague descriptions to justify higher markups. What you see is what it is worth.
