Order Processing
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days from the time of purchase. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping delivers within 5–7 business days from the date your order is shipped. This is our default shipping method available at checkout.
Expedited Shipping
Need it sooner? Expedited shipping delivers within 2–3 business days from the date your order is shipped. Expedited shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Please note that expedited shipping applies to transit time only — orders still require 5–7 business days of processing before they ship.
Shipping Carriers
We ship all Jewelry Vault orders through trusted, reliable carriers to make sure your piece arrives safely and on time. Depending on your location and selected shipping method, your order may be fulfilled by:
The carrier assigned to your order will be reflected in your shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number. All packages are insured for their full purchase value.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. You can also track your order directly on the carrier's website using your tracking number.
Tracking Updates: Please allow up to 24 hours after your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.
Insurance: All orders are fully insured for their purchase value during transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Domestic Shipping
The Jewelry Vault currently ships to all 50 U.S. states including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time — please provide a valid residential or business address at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
